#SkillBharatSamman From Ideas to Action

When you bring the country’s top school leaders, industry pioneers, and educators into one room, the conversations shift from challenges to solutions. That’s exactly what happened at Skill Bharat Samman Season 3 —an event that wasn’t just about applause but about action.

Neha Singhi and I attended the event in multiple capacities – as oll.co mentors, Arham Knitwears representatives and to gain more knowledge exposure for our upcoming school in Ludhiana. It was a wonderful opportunity to network, interact and learn from the who’s who of Indian education industry like Lt Gen Surendra Kulkarni Dr. Vandana Lulla Dr Snehal Pinto Dr. Alka Kapur.

What stood out for me?

✔ Education is No Longer Operating in Isolation – The best schools are no longer just teaching subjects. They are preparing students for the real world. Financial literacy, AI, and entrepreneurship aren’t just buzzwords — they’re becoming part of everyday learning. The question is no longer if skills should be integrated into education but how fast we can make it happen.

✔ Industry is Taking Responsibility – The disconnect between what students learn and what the workforce demands has existed for too long. But now, businesses and educators are working together to bridge this gap. Schools can’t do it alone, and neither can industries. Collaboration is the only way forward.

✔ Skills Are the New GOLD Standard – Degrees will always matter, but the real differentiator is execution. The institutions leading this transformation are the ones embedding problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability into their teaching methods — not just text book memorization.

One of the pre-event highlights was the Skill Bharat Samman Podcast Series, hosted by Shreyaan Daga and Vidushi Daga. Listening to educators and industry leaders talk about what’s working and what needs to change reinforced a simple fact — education isn’t just about knowledge anymore, it’s about application.

A special mention to my oll.co family for making this movement possible. What Shreyaan Daga and the team are building are under the able guidance of Dr. Seemaa Negi is fundamentally changing how skill education is approached in India. They’re proving that learning should be dynamic, practical, and accessible.

This wasn’t just another event — it was a wake-up call. The change isn’t coming; it’s already here. Now, the real question is — who’s ready to adapt?

For those who attended, what was your biggest takeaway?
